201 Stainless Steel(12Cr17Mn6Ni5N)

Introduction
Grade 201 is a manganese-substituted austenitic stainless steel with low nickel content. It provides good mechanical strength and cost-effective performance. Its corrosion resistance is inferior to 304 grade, suitable for indoor & mild atmospheric environments, not recommended for coastal or chloride-rich conditions.
Key Features
High tensile strength, good formability, economy-friendly, partially magnetic after cold working.
Typical Applications
Decorative profiles, indoor architectural decoration, kitchen hardware, household appliances, general mechanical accessories.

304 Stainless Steel(06Cr19Ni10)

Introduction Grade 304 is the most widely-used general-purpose austenitic stainless steel, containing approx.18% chromium and 8% nickel. It balances corrosion resistance, formability and weldability comprehensively, works well in atmospheric, fresh-water and mild chemical surroundings.

Key Features Excellent general corrosion resistance, great weldability & ductility, non-magnetic under annealed condition; slightly magnetic after cold processing. Continuous service temperature:-196℃ ~ 870℃.

321 Stainless Steel(06Cr18Ni11Ti)

Introduction
Grade 316 is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. Molybdenum element significantly enhances pitting & crevice corrosion resistance against chloride-containing media. Its corrosion performance is obviously higher than grade 304, suitable for marine and chemical corrosive environment.

Superior anti-corrosion performance against salt water & chloride medium, good high-temperature strength, reliable weldability. Carbon content ≤0.08%.

Key Features Low carbon(≤0.03%), excellent resistance to chloride pitting corrosion, no post-weld heat treatment required, good toughness for marine & chemical service.

Typical Applications Off-shore & marine facilities, pharmaceutical & chemical reactors, desalination equipment, medical devices, coastal piping & tanks.
